What time is check-in?

Typically guests check into their rooms during the drinks reception, and it literally takes 2 minutes as we have all their information ready! 

Check-in for all of the accommodation rooms is from 2.00pm until 5.00pm as standard. We do also have a limited number of ‘priority’ check-ins for the rooms per day, which guarantee an earlier check-in time from 1.00pm, for an extra £10 per room. Your guests can add this when making their booking, or it can be added on at a later date by contacting our reservations team at stay@heatonhouse.co.uk.

Should they arrive a little earlier at the office, prior to their room being available to check-in, they can drop their luggage into the cloakroom/foyer area.

Alternatively, we do have a lovely large parent and baby room available in the venue, which many guests use to pop their outfit on. This has a sink, mirror, chair and workstation etc, so suitable for those final touches. Please note there are no shower facilities in this room.
