What are the office opening hours, is there an emergency contact?

The office is open 9am - 5pm, daily. If you wish to contact us, our phoneline are open 9am - 3pm, daily.

We will be in touch around 1 week before your stay with us to send some helpful information, on this email it will have an emergency contact number should you need to contact us after office hours.
