The secret code I have been given isn’t working, help!

First, ensure you have entered the secret code into the box at the bottom of the page BEFORE you enter the date of your stay.

If this doesn’t work, check the code you have has 6 digits followed by 2 letters, it’s easy to mistake the number 1 for the letter ‘L’ for example.

The code you have been given only works for a 1-night stay on the date of the event you are attending, if you wish to stay two nights you will need to wait until 6 months prior to your stay and contact stay@heatonhouse.co.uk to enquire about extending your booking.
