Is my room reserved for me because I’m attending the wedding?

All rooms are locked off with a secret code up until 6months prior to the date of the stay. You will require the secret code provided by the couple in order to book any accommodation rooms during this time, they are not automatically allocated out to guests and each room is booked on a first-come, first-serve basis. The code will be 6 digits and 2 letters.

In order to confirm your accommodation room, you will need to book and make full payment at the time of making the reservation. We do not accept a deposit for the room and we are unable to hold a room for you until payment is received.

Any rooms that have not been booked are released 6 months prior to the day of arrival, at this point, you can book a room without a code, so if you have been given the code, we recommend booking before 6months to guarantee a room!
