Is breakfast included in the room rate?

If you have a room booked at Heaton House Farm, breakfast is included.

Breakfast is served between 9am and 10am and includes a delicious continental selection as well as a full cooked breakfast provided by our onsite catering team, Stable Yard Catering. We also provide a selection of fresh fruit juices and freshly brewed tea and coffee. All the accommodation rooms here at the venue include breakfast the next day.

You are more than welcome to stay in the breakfast room beyond service until 11am to have a more leisurely end to your stay with us, however, we do ask that you have checked out of your accommodation by 10am.

Late check-out is £20 per hour and is subject to availability.

When booking your accommodation room, we will request you to make us aware of any dietary requirements; however, if you have a change to make, you can email stay@heatonhouse.co.uk to let our team know. Please quote your reservation number.

We can accommodate most dietary requirements and allergies so please do speak to our team if you have any concerns.
