If my room isn’t ready when I arrive, is there somewhere to change?

To maintain our high levels of cleanliness in our rooms, we can only guarantee a check-in time between 2-5pm (1pm if early check-in is booked in advance).

Our housekeeping team will always aim to have the rooms ready for the booked check-in time, however, we cannot guarantee to check in to be any earlier.

Our 'Parent and baby room' is the perfect changing area as there is a sink, plug socket and space to change. There are no shower facilities. Then you will be able to check in to your room during the drinks reception.
