All rooms are priced based on occupancy levels rather than a room rate. As we have a range of different-sized rooms, we feel it is the fairest way for guests to only pay for what they need! - Single - £160.00 including breakfast
- Double - £200.00 including breakfast based on 2 adults sharing
- Additional guests over the age of 10 years - £40.00 including breakfast
- Children - age 2-10 years - £20.00 including breakfast
- Infants - 0-2 years - Complimentary
If guests are not staying overnight however they wish to join you for breakfast the following morning then they are more than welcome, please note guests will need to pre-book and pay no less than 7 days in advance, please see the prices below:
- Adult Breakfast (any guest over the age of 10 years) - £16.50
- Child Breakfast (guest aged 2-10 years) - £8.25
Breakfast is a full-cooked breakfast with a great selection of continental options.
If your guests wish to join you then please ask them to email us directly at stay@heatonhouse.co.uk and we will send them a form to fill and then the accounts team will send an invoice for payment.
