How do I check in?

When you arrive, we recommend parking up in the car park and heading to the reception to check in before removing your belongings from the car. The reception is located to the left of the courtyard next to the main venue entrance.

Give your name to the team in the office who will be able to check if your room is ready. If you are arriving before your check-in time (2pm for standard check-in, 1pm for pre-booked early check-ins) we cannot guarantee your room will be ready and you will therefore be asked to wait in the bar area (usually open from 12pm).

We will then let you know when your room is ready, give you your keys and direct you to your room.

If you are staying in our Beech Trees Bungalow, you also have the opportunity to park your car on the bungalow’s private driveway.
