Can I book a disabled room?

We have two ‘accessible' double rooms that are most suited to a less-abled guest. These rooms are located on the ground floor, very close to the main venue. If required, we can also add in additional aids to these specific rooms such as a bed rail, toilet riser etc which you can request upon booking your room.

We also have additional ground floor rooms should you require a ground floor room without the option of the additional aids. When booking the rooms, we do always ask if a ground floor room is required so that we can be sure to allocate them the most suitable room for your requirements.

If a room cannot be ground floor, this will not be an option upon booking so do make sure to check the descriptions of the rooms when booking.
